„Stort skådespeleri och stor sångkonst visar Davide Damiani i rollen som Giorgio Germont. Med sin bäriga baryton målar han upp ett perfekt porträtt av en av operalitteraturens värsta fähundar, en egoistisk gubbjävel som använder moral och heder som ursäkt och korset som knölpåk. Det känns nästan synd att denna vidriga individ har begåvats med en av operans vackraste barytonarior ”Di Provenza il mar”, som Davide Damiani levererar i en utomordentlig tolkning.“

Q: When was your passion for music born? Your passion for singing?
A: My passion for music began as spontaneously as possible, in an original way. I was about 7 years old when the local parish of my home town Tavullia organized a music course.
